Highlights:
- Today in Lively Letters we did 'l' and 'r'. Ask me to show you the actions for these sounds!
- In Language Arts we practiced stretching out our sentences using the questions; who, what, where, when and why. I can give you an example of a sentence that answers all those questions!
- We did some Math and Literacy learning centres. We built words with Lego and did skip counting puzzles.
- In Social Studies, we were learning about Iqaluit and watched a video that showed what it looks like when you land from an airplane. Ask me why the houses are colourful.
Reminders:
- Tomorrow students are welcome to wear Black and Orange or a costume to school if they wish. Reminder that costumes should not interfere with learning, costume accessories are to stay home and students are not to wear full face costumes or anything on their face that interferes with their protective mask.
- There is no school on Friday.
