Highlights:

• Today in Math, we used the expanded form method to solve questions that require regrouping. Ask me how I would solve 54 - 26 = using the expanded method.
• For Literacy, we used our learning from Field Study Friday to create a writing piece that included our sense and descriptive words.
• In Social Studies, we are beginning to learn about communities in the past. We learned about some the things that were different long ago such as school, entertainment, transportation, and clothing.
• We learned a rule about vowel pairs. Ask me what the rhyme is that helps us remember this rule.

Reminders:

• Today is the last day to order NLS hoodies and t-shirts.
• On April 15 it will be Creative Hair Day. Students are welcome to participate if they wish!
