Highlights:

• Today in Math, we learned how to solve subtraction equations using the algorithm strategy.
• In Literacy, we have started to plan our own stories. Today we started with creating a main character. We wrote about the appearance, personality, special talents, etc.
• For Social Studies, we learned about what school might have been like in the past. We discussed what classrooms might have looked like, what students learned about, and how they would have came to school.
• Today we also learned about the vowel pairs of 'ea' and 'ee'. We looked at examples and created sentences.
• In PE we learned about different ways to move in gymnastics such as rolls. 

Reminders:

• Tomorrow is Creative Hair Day! Students are welcome to do their hair in whatever hairstyle they would like. Can't wait to see all the fun and creative hair-dos!
