- Today in Math we worked on solving word problems. We learned the steps on how to solve each problem. Ask me what the steps are!
- For Social Studies, we talked about how stories are passed from one group to another.
- Today we did an Earth Day activity where we created a visual journal page about the ways we can help the earth.
- In PE we continued to practice our hockey skills and were able to play a hockey game.
- Today we celebrated Earth Hour. We spent the whole day trying to use as little electricity as we could. We were able to have the lights off all day because we had the sunshine coming through our windows. As a school we also tracked how many kids walked, biked, and scootered to school. This was our part on the school pictograph!
Reminders:
- Tomorrow is Earth Day! Students can wear Blue and Green Day to celebrate this day.
